What data we process and why

When you fill in the contact form, we process the data you provide: your name, company name, email address, phone number, the chosen subject and your message. We use this data solely to answer your question or request and to conduct any resulting correspondence. The legal basis is the handling of your request and our legitimate interest in following up on business enquiries. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it to third parties.

Retention period

We keep your request no longer than necessary for its handling and the subsequent business relationship, and delete it no later than 24 months after the last contact.

Processors

For handling forms, Stoppelberg may use external service providers that process data on our behalf (processors). Once the contact form is connected to our automation service (Make, by Celonis SE), the data you enter is forwarded via that service to our email. With such processors we make agreements on confidentiality and security in accordance with the GDPR.

Fonts

Our website loads fonts (Space Grotesk and Source Serif 4) via Google Fonts. In doing so, your IP address may be passed to Google.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to the processing. To do so, send an email to info@stoppelberg.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
